Terms of Service
Last updated: TBD · Draft placeholder
The short version
You can use Stori to plan your projects. You own what you put in. We keep the lights on, charge you when your plan says so, and won’t do anything weird with your data. If something breaks or you misuse the service, we might terminate your account and refund pro-rated time.
Your account
You need a valid email. One human per account. Don’t share credentials. If you think your account was compromised, email us.
Your content
Work items, comments, attachments, queries — it’s yours. You grant us a limited license to host it and show it to the people you share it with. We will not use your content to train AI models.
Payments
Billing runs through Stripe. Plans are described on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime from /account/billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds on past periods unless we made the mistake.
Things you can’t do
Don’t use Stori to harm others, ship malware, violate laws, spam people, scrape at volumes that would hurt other customers, or reverse-engineer our systems looking for vulnerabilities (use the security contact below if you find one).
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or are delinquent on billing, with notice where reasonable. We’ll give you an export on request.
Warranty and liability
Stori is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee it outside an Enterprise SLA. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We’ll email registered users at least 30 days before a material change. Minor edits (typos, clarifications) land without notice; the “last updated” date at the top tracks them.
